As a child of the ’60s, Cherl mastered the art of non-conformity with a sublime impression and unique voice. Versed in a full spectrum of various art mediums she is most passionate about intertwining re-purposed and natural objects into her creations. Her deepest fervor is visual arts and photography, combining the written word with visual imagery to create powerful and conceptual statements as a means of transformative impact, and social commentary. Cielo captures the candid moments of her natural surroundings, everyday life, family, and community with a passionate and often indirect point of view.

Also known as Living Sky in the artistic community, she has worked as an educator and artistic director for the past 30 years to instill the fundamentals of self-validation through creative approach, mindfulness practice, and eco-logical balance.
